Purelytwins Carob Coffee Marshmallows: •1 1/2 cups coffee •3 tbsp maple syrup •2 tbsp cocoa powder •4 tbsp gelatin In a bowl place gelatin with 1/2 cup coffee. Let sit while you heat up the rest of the coffee with maple syrup. Once heated (about 1 minute) add to bowl with gelatin. Beat together and then add in cocoa. Beat for about 10 minutes.
