Egg Drop Soup 4 cups chicken broth 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1/8 cup chopped red onion 2 Tbl Sesame oil ¼ tsp pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp soy sauce 1/8 tsp ginger chopped green onion tops for garnish 2 Tbsp sesame oil in 4 qt pan, cook onions until transparent. Add broth. Slowly bring to boil over medium heat. Add salt, pepper, ginger, soy sauce & stir occasionally for one minute.
